We have set up an interactive nutritional workshop to run on three different dates for you to choose from, this is aimed to give us all the kick start we need!

Most of us start a new fitness plan with a weight loss goal in mind in January but become quickly despondent. The reason for this can be usually very simple, we just make the wrong food choices.

This is one of the subjects we will be discussing below!

This workshop will have some great content, we will be looking to give you a better understanding of what foods do what for us and which food choices we should make at the right times!

Some of the topics we will be discussing will be the afternoon slump we have, cravings and how to combat them, eat for energy and loads more.

We’ve all been there, the new year diet, the cabbage soup diet, the 500 calories a day diet, all of which tend to end the same way, the ‘I’m hungry all the time, have no energy and would snap off my right arm for a bar of chocolate’ diet.

With Julia, our in-house nutritional expert, we can highlight problem areas, build food plans and provide meal ideas but most importantly, provide you with the vital education required to get nutritionally balanced.
