Itinerary
9.30am • Registration and introductions
10am – 12pm • Training (Conditioning workout where you will learn new exercises to lose weight and improve your strength and fitness)
12 – 1.30pm • Healthy lunch and nutritional seminar. How to develop exciting, manageable food plans that fit in with your lifestyle and help you achieve your weight loss goals.
1.30pm – 3pm • Training (Team games and fun motivational exercises designed to help you on the path to creating a toned physique)
3pm – 4pm • Refreshments and prize giving (prizes for commitment, enthusiasm and cheek!)
