Training Courses

Kettlebell – 1

A great introduction to these ‘Balls of Steel’!

Level 1 sessions will focus on all of the basic movements you will need to begin your mastery of the ‘bell’. You will learn fundamental techniques such as the swing, the clean/clean and press and the snatch to name a few.

Whether your goal is fat burning, strength/muscle building, mobility/flexibility or CV endurance these little beauties do it all!

Kettlebell – 2

For those people looking to test themselves and take their skills beyond basics, we’ve developed level 2!

Sport lifting, Odd-lifts, Kettlebell juggling and advanced techniques for people who have completed all required movements at level 1. The continuation of technical improvements such as correct grip, breathing technique and ‘mental toughness’ training are also covered at level 2.
