General Physical Preparation
Essential for everyone from beginners to advanced, GPP sessions are based upon primal movement patterns i.e. Push, Pull, Bend, Twist, Squat and Lunge. You will learn correct form and technical elements of safe and effective movement. Promoting strength with the use of bodyweight exercises all the way through to basic gymnastic skills! By generating and improving this overall readiness, you will be more than prepared for everything life throws at you!
Kettlebell Training
Kettlebells have fast become the latest ‘buzz’ in the health and fitness industry. However, here at Outklass they are part of our daily training ‘diet’ and we are the only training centre in Nottinghamshire with 5 fully qualified Advanced Kettlebell instructors. In addition to that we have over 5 years experience showing clients the many benefits of Kettlebell training.
A versatile tool for weight loss, full body strength, mobility and postural alignment, ‘bells’ will almost definitely become your new best friend! Take a look at our video.
Bulgarian Bag Training
The first, and currently only, training facility in the Midlands offering Bulgarian Bag sessions led by TWO fully qualified Bulgarian Bag Specialists! Be one of the privileged few to gain access to and experience on this amazing bit of kit.
With specific sessions designed around the bag, we aim for intensity of workload rather than sheer volume. Take part in fantastic conditioning workouts that build strength, improve function and mobility and increase your capacity to train harder. Oh and let’s not forget the unrivaled fat burning capabilities.
TRX Training
The TRX is our preferred choice of suspension training. We love it because it calls upon bodyweight strength with an intensity that few other bits of equipment do. This is a great session for beginners looking to gain base level strength, balance, coordination and dynamic flexibility but also for advanced clients looking to improve both pure and ballistic strength with moves ranging from assisted pistol (one legged) squats right the way up to hand stand push ups!
One of the best things about the TRX is that it allows work at an intensity level that you can set yourself but don’t worry, there’ll always be a trainer close by to catch any cheating!
