An OutKlass Boot Camp is unlike any other, we pride ourselves on the highest standards of trainers delivering specifically designed fat burning sessions. Most importantly we make exercise fun!

Starting on Monday May 16th, training sessions will take place every Monday and Thursday 6pm-7pm at the OutKlass Fitness Centre, Retford, East Drayton.

(Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the start of each session… punishments are not a rarity!)

All packages are inclusive of the following:

An initial introductory workshop comprising of a Nutritional Seminar delivered by our

fully qualified Nutritionist Mia Johnson

Guidelines for specific goal setting and record keeping during the course of your Boot Camp experience

A fully comprehensive Boot Camp Battle Plan including:

Meal plans and snack ideas

Tips and hints on getting the weight off and keeping it off

Home workouts, mobility plans and much more
